There's more to life than alcohol, obviously, but this is a site for people eating. I love Coca Cola, Orange Juice or a cup of tea, but not with food. So much of this section is about alcohol.
I won't discuss wine here - I'm not qualified although I know what I like, so these are mainly going to be classic cocktail recipes

OK, so this is simple again - like a Martini: Sweet Vermouth, Bourbon (just my way - Canadian or other whiskies lay as strong a claim and Angostura Bitters
You need this for a lot of cocktails. Or you can apparently make desserts with it.
Why wolud you make dessers when, well, cocktails?
