Making pesto is cool but the stuff you buy (in my experience the branded ones are less nice than the own-brand supermarket ones) is better, cheaper and a lot easier. This is not a Michelin guide after all. Thai Curry Pastes are pretty good too but don’t buy ready-made sauces. Feel like chicken tonight? Follow one of the recipes in here, don’t buy a jar.
